Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any services provided by PlentyPaws (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We offer professional pet care including:

  • Grooming: Baths, haircuts, nail trims & styling.
  • Boarding: Overnight stays with 24/7 supervision.
  • Daycare: Daytime play and socialisation in a safe environment.
  • Veterinary Support: On‑site basic health checks and emergency care coordination.

3. Booking & Payment

To confirm a booking, a non‑refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due on arrival or prior to service. We accept major credit cards, PayNow, and PayPal.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund of your deposit.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Deposit is forfeited.
  • Rescheduling: Allowed once without penalty if requested 12+ hours before.

5. Pet Health & Safety

All pets must be fully vaccinated, flea‑ and tick‑free, and in good health. You must provide up‑to‑date vaccination records. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if your pet appears unwell or poses a risk to others.

6. Owner Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pet information (diet, medications, behaviour).
  • Supplying any necessary food, medication, or special equipment.
  • Remaining reachable via phone in case of emergencies.

7. Liability & Indemnification

While we strive for the highest standards of care, PlentyPaws is not liable for:

  • Pre‑existing conditions or injuries.
  • Unavoidable incidents (e.g., accidental scrapes, escapes during off‑leash play).

Your sole remedy for any claim is a refund of the service fee paid for the affected session. You agree to indemnify us against any third‑party claims arising from your pet.

8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a friendly, safe environment for all. We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Your behavior endangers staff or other pets.
  • Your pet shows aggressive or dangerous behaviour.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and trademarks—is the property of PlentyPaws. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion without our written consent.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
